Refund & Return Policy

At House of Organic, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

You received the wrong product.
The product was damaged during delivery.
The product is expired upon arrival.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Products without original packaging
Change of mind after delivery
Perishable items where applicable
Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be processed via bank transfer or mobile financial services.
Exchange Policy

If an incorrect or damaged product is delivered, we will replace it at no additional cost.
